“Working Together to Rebuild lives” – Rescue Mission of Trenton’s slogan says it all! Helping truly needy men and women in New Jersey’s Capital for almost a century, staff and volunteers provide food, shelter, and clothing in a safe and welcoming environment.
Like any other work place, the staff at Rescue Mission relies heavily on their computer network to efficiently perform a variety of tasks. The tender and personal nature of the mission’s undertaking required similarly customized computer programs. A TNS computer analyst assessed the situation to design programs specifically tailored to the mission’s needs.
In addition, TeleQ Network Solutions upgraded the mission’s data base, provided networking and hardware services, and continues to maintain the most up-to-date computer security, including intrusion detection, anti-virus/anti-spam programs and firewalls. Rescue Mission also relies on TNS for secure web hosting.
TeleQ Network Solutions keeps the Rescue Mission’s campus secure, too. Now occupying three buildings in downtown Trenton, the Rescue Mission was in need of video surveillance. TNS installed cameras and monitoring equipment to insure the safety of Rescue Mission’s property as well as their most precious assets – people.
